For
25 years, Climax has been making some of the best leaders and tippets
for fly fishing around the world. Each leader below is designed for different
waters, weather, or fish. The trout leaders have a stiff butt that tapers
to light tippets for delicate presentations. Bass leaders however are
deisgned to turnover large bass bugs. The saltwater styles of leaders
are long 9 footers, knotless, and tapered to get your fly close to those
wary saltwater game fish on the flats without them seeing your line. Climax
even makes a "Toothy Critter" leader for those times when fish
like pike, barracuda, mackerel and others with sharp teeth might be targeted.
