All
Greys fly rods are designed and field tested by their design staff in
Alnwick England. As with most rods in these price categories the rods
are manufactured in Asia, and in the case of Greys, Korea. Greys fly rods
are designed through a logical creative process with purpose and application
as the top priority, rather than just meeting a price point. Regardless
of your skill level or budget, Greys has a rod perfect for your fishing
adventure. Mosquito
Creek Outdoors has Central Florida’s and the greater Orlando area’s
best selection of Greys fly rods. From the entry level G-Series through
the performance oriented G-Tec rods, we have 8 series from general purpose
to specialty.
Greys G Series rods are general purpose freshwater fly
rods designed to be easy to use and forgiving for the beginner, yet satisfying
for the experienced angler.
Greys GRXi is one of Europe’s best selling series
of fly rods. Fly casters of all skill levels, beginner, intermediate and
advanced can appreciate the backbone, weight, balance and recovery of
the GRXi.
Greys Streamflex fly rods have been designed for running
water and their casting accuracy make them ideal for tight applications.
Featuring a more traditional moderate action, the Streamflex rods load
well with short line lengths, and their recovery is excellent.
Greys X-Flite fly rods evolved from the popular Greys
Greyflex M2 with a higher modulus blank that is lighter, more powerful,
and smoother. Designed as a series of open water and big river rods, the
X-Flite series provides fast recovery and sensitivity found only in rods
that cost hundreds more. Greys
G-Tec fly rods are powerful, fast, high modulus designs with an exceptional
recovery rate. The Greys design team has blended power, balance and precise
control in a rod suitable for wild brown trout all the way to big pike.
The Greys Platinum XD Saltwater series fly rods have
been designed to conquer the rigors of temperate and tropical saltwater
fly fishing. Perfectly balanced for weight forward floating and sinking
lines these rods are ideal for Redfish, Bonefish, Permit, Tarpon and other
saltwater species.
